At Il Salotto, prices start from CHF 25 per person (Piccolo), CHF 35 per person (Classico) or CHF 45 per person (Grande / Apéro Riche). The final price can be lower or higher depending on guest count, package and individual customisations. The minimum order is 10 guests. All prices are per person and include freshly prepared antipasti, salumi, cheese and eco-friendly serving ware. Drinks and optional staff are billed separately.

For a classic pre-dinner aperitivo, plan 8–10 bites per person (our Piccolo). For an Apéro Riche replacing a full meal, plan 16–18 bites per person (our Grande). Our Classico at 12–14 bites is the honest middle ground and fits most occasions.

A classic aperitivo accompanies a pre-dinner drink with a few antipasti - around 8–10 bites per person. An Apéro Riche is more substantial, with 16–18 higher-end bites per person, and replaces a full meal. Our Grande package is designed as an Apéro Riche; the Piccolo as a classic aperitivo.

We deliver from 10 guests per order. There's no hard upper limit - we've regularly catered events for 100+ guests. For very large events (150+) we ask for a bit more lead time.

We deliver across the city of Zurich, most of Canton Zurich and beyond on request. Just talk to us - we'll find a solution for your location. A delivery fee will apply depending on distance.

We recommend 3–5 working days lead time so we can plan the fresh ingredients optimally. Short-notice requests within 24–48 hours can be considered subject to capacity - best to call us directly on +41 44 242 79 79.

Yes - on request we add service staff. This is subject to date and availability and itemised separately on the quote. By default we deliver everything ready for self-service.

No - the per-person prices cover food and serving ware only. We add drinks separately as a flat-rate package (wine, beer, water). This appears transparently on the quote.

Yes - pickup at Badenerstrasse 79 in 8004 Zürich is always possible and costs nothing extra. Just pick «Pickup» instead of «Delivery» in the quote form. Your order will be ready at the agreed time.

Yes, all our packages can be adapted to vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free - either entirely or partially (e.g. a separate vegan platter for 5 guests). Mention it in the form and we'll factor it into the quote.

The Classico package includes pizza-focaccia in several flavours (vegetable, tomato, Margherita), Italian cheese (Pecorino, Parmigiano, Provolone, Valtellina), cured meats with Parma ham, Coppa, Salami and Bresaola, beer-batter «frittelle» with vegetables, bruschetta with house-made spreads, taralli from Puglia, Sicilian olives and carrots. The Grande adds mini arancini with meat filling (vegetarian also available), sweet dolci (cannoli, tiramisù bites) and a glass of Franciacorta Premium or Prosecco - Mortadella joins the cured meats and the cheese is upgraded to Parmigiano Reggiano aged 24 months.

We deliver in eco-friendly containers with everything ready to serve. Serving ware, napkins and simple platters are included.

We accept bank transfer, TWINT and credit card. Corporate clients receive a proper invoice with VAT; payment terms are agreed individually. Private clients typically pay in advance or on delivery.

Il Salotto is an Italian Apéro Bar at Badenerstrasse 79 in Zurich, a few steps from Stauffacher. Our catering is a direct extension of the bar - same kitchen, same Italian suppliers, same idea of aperitivo. We're not a catering company that makes Italian food; we're an Italian Apéro Bar that brings its experience to you.
